The Association is not responsible for maintaining and distributing mailbox keys. If mailbox keys are lost or you were not given them at close of escrow you must contact an authorized US Postal Locksmith Service Company.

Pool Keys:
If pool keys are lost of you were not given them at close of escrow you must contact Arizona Community Management Services, LLC at (480) 355-1190. The cost of pool keys are $10.00.
Bulk Trash Pick-Up:
For free bulk trash pick-up please visit: www.azgogreen.org. Bulk trash is not picked up by our contracted trash company. Any bulk items found in or around the trash area will be picked-up and the association will be charged. These charges are then billed back to the homeowner. Please use this free service. Thank you!
Approved Community Paint Color:
The famous Bon View green is a Dunn Edwards color called Saturn Green. The color code is DE 12. If you would like to purchase this color please go to the Dunn Edwards nearest you. For a store directory, click here.
Approved HVAC Units:
There are two approved HVAC units you can purchase and install. To view the two approved HVAC units, click here.
If you choose to select an HVAC unit that is not approved you must submit an architectural application. You must include a picture and dimensions of the unit you are wishing to install. Click here, to fill out an architectural application online.
Approved Exterior Door Handles:
The Kwikset Delta lever is the only approved door handle for the units. The item number for this door handle is: 405DL26. The handle must be purchased in polished chrome. To view a picture of the approved door handle and a link to more information, click here.
If you choose to select a exterior door handle is not approved you must submit an architectural application. You must include a picture and measurements of the handle you are wishing to install. Click here, to fill out an architectural application online.
If any deadbolts are added to an entry door the finish must match the Kwikset polished chrome finish.
